The COVID-19 virus has disrupted our society. It puts enormous pressure on the healthcare system and probably your institution and situation as well. We want to inform you how the COVID-19 virus has impacted Organ Assist and what the potential implications are for our customers.
The majority of Organ Assist employees are working from home. But we do everything to continue to provide our services at the highest possible level:
• Helpdesk: we are available 24/7 as usual.
• Service: in the unlikely event one of our systems fails, we will try to resolve the matter using ‘remote’ service. If
this does not resolve the issue we will consult together with our customers how to get the system up and running as soon as possible.
• Visits: until further notice we are unable to travel around the world. For e.g. training purposes these visits are postponed. In case a visit was already scheduled, we will consult alternatives with our customers.
• Orders/Deliveries: our order process has not changed. We have enough disposables on stock to serve the
needs. Customers might expect delays in deliveries because Organ Assist is dependent on third parties for deliveries and government regulations regarding export, and thus cannot guarantee undisrupted future deliveries.
